Notification Types

1. Global

  • Description: A notification visible to all users
  • Where it applies: System-wide announcements, platform updates, or alerts
  • Best for: Sharing important messages with everyone at once

2. Group

  • Description: A notification sent to a specific group of users
  • Where it applies: Targeted user segments (e.g., premium members, regional users)
  • Best for: Sending updates relevant only to a particular audience

3. Single

  • Description: A notification for an individual user
  • Where it applies: Personal messages such as reminders, order updates, or account alerts
  • Best for: Personalized communication with a single user

Sending Notifications

Notifications allow you to send important messages to your users. You can customize each notification with optional images, titles, and messages.


Notification Components

  • Image (optional): Add an image to make your notification more engaging. This is optional.
  • Title: The headline for your notification.
  • Message: The main content or body text of the notification.

Notification Types

You can choose the notification scope/type based on your needs:

Type Description
Group Send notification to a whole user group.
Single Send notification to a single user.
Group Show Send notification visible only to a group but does not notify individually.

How to Send a Notification

  1. Navigate to the Notifications section in the Admin Panel.
  2. Fill in the fields:
  3. Image: Upload or select an image (optional).
  4. Title: Enter the notification title.
  5. Message: Write the notification message.
  6. Type: Select one of the three types (Group / Single / Group Show).
  7. Select the target user(s) or group if applicable.
  8. Click Send to deliver the notification.

Best Practices

  • Use images sparingly for better user experience.
  • Keep titles concise and messages clear.
  • Choose the correct notification type based on your audience.
