Collection Management Guide

Collections helps organize products and improve customer browsing experience.

1. How to Create a Collection ?

  1. Click the Create Collection button.
  2. On the collection creation page, fill in the following fields:
  3. Image: Upload a representative image for the collection.
  4. Title: Enter a name for the collection.
  5. Description: Provide a brief description of the collection.
  6. Click the Select Product button to open a modal with a list of all products.
  7. Use the Filter options to find products by name or by selecting a category.
  8. From the filtered list, check the boxes next to products you want to include.
  9. The modal shows the count of selected items.
  10. After selecting the desired products, click Create Collection.
  11. Your new collection will be created and saved.

2. Collections Display and Management

  • Collections created by admin are visible to customers on the storefront.
  • When customers select a collection, they see all products included in that collection, prominently displayed at the top.

Managing Collection Status

  • Each collection has a Status toggle.
  • If set to Disabled, the collection will not be shown to customers.
  • Only collections with Enabled status are visible on the customer-facing site.
