SMS Configuration

QueeCom supports SMS notifications through two providers: SMS91 and Twilio. You can enable and configure only one provider at a time.

Available Providers

Provider Description
SMS91 Indian SMS gateway for bulk SMS
Twilio Global cloud communications platform

Configuring SMS91

  1. Enable SMS91 in the SMS configuration settings.
  2. Enter your SMS91 API key.
  3. Set the sender ID (approved by SMS91).
  4. Configure message templates as needed.
  5. Save the settings.

Configuring Twilio

  1. Enable Twilio in the SMS configuration settings.
  2. Enter your Twilio Account SID.
  3. Enter your Twilio Auth Token.
  4. Provide the Twilio phone number that sends SMS.
  5. Configure message templates as necessary.
  6. Save the settings.

Important Notes

  • Only one SMS provider can be active at a time.
  • Make sure you have active accounts with your chosen provider.
  • Test SMS sending after configuration to verify setup.

  • Update message templates to fit your brand voice.
