Policy Configuration
This guide explains how to view, edit, and publish policy content for customers, including default policies and customer-edited ones.
Policy Types
1. Privacy
- Description: Explains how user data is collected, stored, and used
- Where it applies: Entire platform and user data interactions
- Best for: Building trust and ensuring legal compliance with data protection laws

Policy Management Guide
1. View Policy Name and Content
- The policy page shows the Policy Name and its current content in a rich text editor.
- The content initially loads with the default policy text created by the system.
2. Edit Policy Content
- Customers can edit the default policy content using the rich text editor.
- Changes are made directly in the editor before saving.
3. Publish Policy
- After editing, click the Publish button to save changes.
- Once published, the updated policy content will be saved and applied.

Policy Status
The Status column has a switch button (ON / OFF).
Status Options
- ON (Enabled): Policy is visible on the customer-facing website.
- OFF (Disabled): Policy is hidden, but still stored and editable in the system.
