1. Customer List Overview

  • View all registered customers in a comprehensive list.
  • The list includes key information such as customer name, email, status, and contact details.

2. Customer Activity Details

  • Click the activity icon next to any customer in the list.
  • Navigate to a detailed view showing:
    • Orders: Total number of orders placed by the customer.
    • Spending: Amount of money spent in your store.
    • Additional activity metrics providing insights into customer engagement.

3. Customer Status

  • Enabled Customer:

    • The customer account is active and not blocked.
    • The customer can place orders and interact with the store.
  • Disabled Customer (Blocked):

    • The customer account is blocked and cannot place orders.
    • Access and interactions are restricted until re-enabled.

Best Practices

  • Regularly review customer activity to identify loyal or inactive customers.
  • Use status toggles to manage customer access efficiently.
