Store Management

Follow these easy steps to add a new store in your QueeCom application.


1. How to Create a Store?

Store Page Fields:

  • Store Image: Upload a clear image representing the store.
  • Store Name: Enter the official name of the store.
  • Description: Briefly describe the store and its offerings.
  • Address: Provide the full physical address of the store.
  • Select Store Vendor: Choose the vendor associated with this store from the list.
  • Latitude and Longitude (Optional): Enter coordinates for precise location mapping.

Creation Steps:

  1. Fill in all the required fields listed above.
  2. Optionally, enter latitude and longitude to improve location accuracy.
  3. Click the Save button.

Your new store will be created and available in your QueeCom dashboard.


2. Store Status and Visibility

Each store in QueeCom has an Enable/Disable status that controls its visibility on the storefront.


Store Status Options:

  • Enabled:
  • The store is active and visible on home pages and relevant listings.
  • Customers can browse and interact with the store’s products and details.

  • Disabled:

  • The store is inactive and hidden from all storefront pages.
  • Customers will not see the store or its offerings anywhere on the site.

How It Works

  • Only stores with the Enabled status are displayed on home pages and category listings.
  • Disabled stores remain in the system but are excluded from public view until re-enabled.

Best Practice

  • Use the store status toggle to manage your store visibility without deleting data.
  • Enable stores only when fully set up and ready for customers.
  • Disable stores temporarily for maintenance or seasonal breaks.
